It’s simple, we are a husband and wife team of REALTORS® who are NERDs when it comes to houses and real estate. Our combination of real estate, finance, technical, and marketing experience is what we use to help our clients with their real estate needs. But our top quality is that we care about people. Maybe that’s what drew us to each other 10 years ago.
Sancha Walker is a veteran REALTOR® with more than 10 years in the business and more than 10 years experience as a Sr. Mortgage Underwriter. She understands real estate from A to Z and understands the financial portion of the home buying and selling process. What really excites her about real estate is the beauty of not only the houses, but how real estate makes people feel when they have a great experience.
As far as myself, Christopher Walker, I have worked the last few years in real estate investing and I am a REALTOR® as well. I have worked with Sancha the last 3 years running her marketing for herself and her clients. I have a strong IT background with more than 15 years as a Sr. Software Developer and also in online marketing having launched multiple startups and helped countless businesses with their online marketer. What I love about real estate is how technology has enhanced the real estate process and helping clients get the results they need and deserve.
We both come from humble beginnings and love to help others. Sancha was born and raised in Jamaica and then Canada. And I am a Georgia Boy from a small town Wrens, GA. We have 2 beautiful children and we are both heavily involved in our church.
