Downsizing in Gwinnett Shouldn’t Be Scary, We Can Help!
Starting in 2019, the Atlanta House Nerds will be sharing information on different topics in real estate weekly so that we can provide you with even more value in serving your real estate needs. We wanted to streamline our content so that our followers can learn new things, know what’s going on in The Neighborhood, and more!
So on Monday’s, be on the lookout for the topic of the week and during that week, we will devote resources to delivering you with information pertaining to that topic, as well as other helpful and fun information.
Our mission is to serve as many people as we can when it comes to real estate, but also when it comes to living a blessed life, and we want to be a blessing for others.
This week’s top is ‘Downsizing’.
Downsizing is a topic that affects sellers who may have children leaving the nest and becoming empty nesters, people learning that they don’t need as much space as they have, or people who may be looking for a single level, range style homes to help with someone who has a physical condition.
Downsizing in Gwinnett County, as much as you see 2 and 3 level homes being built, there are still a lot of homes that hit the market that are smaller and the single level, ranch style homes that someone downsizing would need.
For new construction, as an agent, we would work with builders to find communities in Gwinnett, Dekalb, or the rest of the metro Atlanta area to find plans that include ranch style homes.
In Gwinnett, you are seeing more Adult Communities being built for our aging population if you are interested in communities for 55+.
Understanding what you need to do to downsize into a smaller home is what we know and we can assist you with this because when you go from a larger home to a smaller home, you must know that there will be a lot of things either stored, donated, or thrown away so that when you downsize your home, you have plenty of space for you and your spouse, or for yourself.
If you have any questions about great homes in Gwinnett County to downsize to, #ChooseANerd and give us a call 404-654-3595 so we can assist you with this life-changing move. We would love to help.
And again, our topic this week is ‘Downsizing’, so be sure to follow us on Facebook and Instagram to stay in the know.
